Automatic Disc Filtration

The Automatic Disc Filter system is made up of filtration disks assembled on a spine that is surrounded by grooved filtration disks. A spring compression unit and internal piston in the spine assembly pressurise the water, forcing it to flow between the disks and trap the solids. Then, during the backwash process the intake value is shut off and the disks spin free, loosening the trapped solids.
